This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a balance between the rights of both the customer and the merchant, and complying with the regulations and laws of the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second: Scope of Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This policy applies to all orders purchased through the 50s Online Store, unless otherwise stated on the product page or due to the nature of certain products that are non-returnable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third: Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The customer is entitled to request a return if all of the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Fifth: Accepted Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement product in stock. If the replacement is unavailable, the product price will be refunded according to the refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Eighth: Return or Exchange Request Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            2. Select the desired order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            5. Wait for the request to be reviewed by the customer service team and the merchant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Ninth: Request Review<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              After receiving the return request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • The customer can drop off the product at a location specified by the store, if available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Eleventh: Return Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  The merchant will bear the return fees if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • The wrong product was sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • There is a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • The product arrived damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • The product does not materially match the description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    The customer will bear the return fees if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • They wish to return the item without any defect or error on the merchant’s part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • They request a size or color change based on their personal preference, if the merchant agrees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Twelfth: Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      After the return request is approved, and the product is received and inspected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      1. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, whenever possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      2. For cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to the bank account or e-wallet specified by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      3. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days, and this timeframe may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        Thirteenth: Cancelled Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                        An order may be canceled in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • Before the order is shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • If the product is unavailable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • If the customer cannot be contacted to confirm their information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                          • Receiving return and exchange requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Reviewing orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Coordinating with the merchant and the shipping company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Assisting in resolving disputes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Issuing the final decision if an agreement cannot be reached between the parties, in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            \u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Fifteenth: Misuse of the Return Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                            The Fifties Store reserves the right to refuse or restrict return requests if misuse of the policy is detected, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            • Unjustified and repeated return requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
